A Homeseller Story…

They had raised all three kids in that house.

The pencil marks were still on the inside of the pantry door — height measurements from kindergarten through senior year. The kitchen island had survived science projects, late-night talks, and more spaghetti dinners than anyone could count.

The house sat on a quiet street in Chesterfield. Completely updated over the years of living there. Solid. Loved. Lived in.

When they called me, they said, “We know it’s time… but this feels big.”

It was big.
